Supertape 3/4" Strip Hairpiece Tape

I like it. You can cut the tape in half or length wise. They keep in place also. I have also used them to hold my clothes close to skin so there is no peek a boo. I don't wear wigs often just every once in a while but so far they have been good.

We use this for taping small microphones to the face of the actors in our community theater. It holds well, can be tinted with makeup, and keeps the mics on the actors throughout the show and multiple costume changes.

I bought these to help hold a wig in place. The strips are sticky on both ends and are fairly strong at first. They'll hold a wig in place even when medium pulling force is applied downwards (pulling on the back of the wig). However, the instant you start sweating, the strips are worthless. They are also a huge headache to accurately place. Eventually, I threw them all away and switch to salon hair glue which is leagues stronger, more reliable and easier to apply. Overall, they are an okay way to hold wigs in place but they are worthless for hair extensions. Instead of getting these, put the money towards hair glue and be sure that you don't forget the glue dissolver either.

Like one of the other reviewers, I didn't receive Supertape, but "Mr. C." tape. Like another one of the reviewers, I received it in a plastic case that was cracked and broken in one spot - but still usable. I don't use this stuff for wigs, but for clothing since it tends to work better than what you buy that's intended for clothing. I've only used this a few times but it seems to be okay and comparable to other wig tapes I've used before. But, if you are set on getting Supertape, don't order from MayaBeauty as you will get the Mr. C brand instead.

I use this tape to keep a beard on for a Santa costume I wear. It holds the beard snug to my face and when kids pull on it, it does not come off.

I thought I was ordering supertape as pictured, but received tape from "Mr. C." It works ok, not the greatest in heat. I guess you may need to use glue with it to make it hold more, but that's what I was trying to avoid.

I am so happy to use the tape with my extension. I can now sleep and shower with them in and no longer have to deal with clips
