These things fail big time ...starts with a weak flush which then leads to a clog ...and a high fail rate on the dumb flapper ...replace ALL the guts NOW if you own one

II purchased a Mansfield toilet versus Kohler or American Standard on the suggestion of my plumber. The Mansfield toilet performance the required function, but the glazing on the inner bowl is insufficient. The first sign was the water droplets that remained after a flush. More importantly the lack of glazing causes more residue after use. The result was significantly more cleaning and more often. Not what I was expecting. I called Mansfield and the representative suggested applying automobile wax to the bowl! Are you kidding me!

Had to pay a plumber TWICE! I own rental properties. This is the only toilet that requires a fkg SPECIAL ORDER FLAPPER!

The toilets perform well. I installed two of them in May. The toilet seats, however, fell short of my expectations. They are lightweight, and even though tightly secured with the nylon fasteners, one of them wants to slide back and forth, making it uncomfortable while using it. After use, one lid stays up, while the seat self closes, while the other lid wants to close whenever the seat is closing. I'm not certain which way the closing is supposed to work. I emailed technical support regarding this issue of the seat moving left to right, and have not heard back from them.

Every 6 to 8 weeks: Toilet(s) act clogged. -Plunge. -Hold handle down until bowl is completely empty. -Tighten handle inside/outside. -Handle breaks. Repeat! 1.3 year in home=7 HANDLES. Fixing 2 toilets TODAY. I will be buying 3 new entire toilets and I will NEVER own a home with Mansfield horrible toilets.

Bought our new toilet at Manard's in Marshfield Wi. Just a few days ago.. Went to install it and its missing the tank bowl bolts and Rubber.. We have spent almost 2 days now trying to reach someone and trying to find the right size rubber!!! Only have one bathroom and two kids! We are an hour away from town! Cant believe this toilet didn't include the parts it needed! NOT LIKE WE CAN RIP THE BOTTOM PIECE OUT NOW THAT ITS IN!!! COST US GAS AND TIME AND HAVEING TO FLUSH WITH A PAIL OF WATER TILL WE GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF!! VERY VERY UPSET!!!

Good toilet. Powerful flush. Lost one star because it's hard for my kids to flush this thing. It takes more force to lift that 3" flap vs. my old toilets with smaller flaps. Maybe I can put a long extended flush handle on it for leverage. LOL. Do they make one?
