Love the quality of the products.However, we are missing the ladder, and received two scratch posts instead, not sure if we should return it or ask for ladder to be shipped separately.Also, is this how we contact CS?

Love how sturdy and stylish the product is. My cats are freaked out by the bridge since their weight shifts the bridge when they're on it. They don't use the bridge but it's a cute decorative piece

Cute but very difficult to install. It only comes with parts for concrete and then the part that's for drilling into drywall doesn't include a big enough drill bit by a long shot, plus it was a pain even when we used the right drill bit. We ended up having to buy our own drywall anchors and installing it that way. Also the ladder is very impractical. My cat is too scared to go up or down the ladder, so we are going to try to replace it with cat stairs and see if she will use those, because otherwise, the whole set is worthless.

Love this cat playground. It's a very unique idea and seems very sturdy. I would definitely recommend it. My cat is a coward and has not tried it yet but I think eventually he will love it too. I really like that it's something for him that doesn't detract from the home decor but rather adds to it. Just something to keep in mind if you rent your space-you have to put quite a few holes in the wall which can be a problem if you rent. Also if the walls are plaster it can be tricky to space out properly so that you screw into the studs.
