Inferior plastic ... Yes, plastics do have different grades for sure. In this application, the plastic in particular the two snap holders can get bent and does not return to straight. Trying to reshape the snaps and a little crack starts to appear. I am afraid it is going to break off. The plastic used is not stiff enough and does not retain its shape. Not going to purchase this one in the future.

I would give these a 5 star rating for quality, but 4 star for ease of use. My Polaris bags come off the unit with just a slight twist. These, I have to pull the vacuum out of the pool, put it between my feet to stabilize it and then turn the bag connection to get it off. Not a big deal, but definitely harder to use. As for the quality of the bags, they seem to be well made and are certainly doing the job required. The price difference is a huge factor in why I wanted to try these. Now that I have the key to how to get them off, I will definitely purchase these again.

This bag is by far whey better than the original Polaris bag we had . The bag we received was a finer mesh , but not as large as i as the original Polaris bag . I can live with that being it picks up finer material . After I ordered this I saw it also comes in sand/silt bags , but so far really happy with these . Bottom of the pool looks great !!!!

i do not like the way the tabs are released from polaris. it is not a simple process . it takes too much effort to free it from the connection . the polaris brand was releleased by a simple action of twisting . .this does not have that function . also the velco seal on the bag is not as easy as a zipper
