When I first got this product, I had an issue with the straw, and customer service was quick to reach out and make it right! They have an excellent customer service team!I love this water bottle! I love the color and how easy it is to open with the button feature on the lid. The filter is easy to put in, and it works great! I’ve drank so much more water since receiving this water bottle, which was my main goal. I was going through too many plastic water bottles in a day and would run out too quickly, but now I can have great tasting water any time. Before, I didn’t like drinking tap water, but now I can’t tell a difference to the purified water I was buying at the store. It does keep the water cold - I’ve left it on my nightstand with ice water and it’s cold the next morning. It fits in my car cup holder and it hasn’t leaked. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase!

I will be going out of the country on a trip and needed a water purifier bottle to make it easy to drink the water. The smaller size bottle is a good size to allow enough water for the day to be used and the smaller size fits easier in a side pocket on a backpack. The stainless steel keeps the beverage cooler.

I love this water bottle. I am a bit of a water snob. So having this makes me feel a lot better about my drinking water... especially in places where I don't trust the water, like the airport!

Bought this for traveling and now use it daily! The filter makes the water taste fresh. If you put cold water with ice in it, it’ll keep cold for a while which is really nice. I’ve also purchased the filter refills and change it when I can taste the water quality has changed. Very durable as well. I’ve dropped it a couple of times and it’s not dented as of yet. Highly recommend.

I ordered this bottle to use at work, so I don’t go through so many plastic bottles of water—the bottle is decently well made and feels good in the hands, and it does a good job filtering water for sure! Fair price, as well. It doesn’t taste like tap. I stopped using it, though, because it takes a *lot* of effort to actually suck the water through the straw, to the point where it’s honestly just not worth using for me personally. If you can deal with that I’d recommend it, but if you want to use this while working out or anything like that, I’d avoid this one.

Love this bottle as I travel a lot and it keeps the water cool and refreshing to drink. It is also a purifier water which is good when visiting palace all over the world. It fits perfectly in the side of my backpack when I travel. Win win for me over the Brita Bottles that I have used in the paste. It my new go to travel bottle

The filter is very restrictive to water flow and it barely keeps ice. Plus if you try to submit a warranty claim to Phillips they ignore you.

Keeps the water cold for a long time and the best part is the filter!

Al inicio tenía mis dudas pero cuando lo probé me encantó no deja sabor en el agua el cartucho se cambia cada dos meses por más cálido que esté el ambiente el agua la conserva fresca sin duda es una excelente opción
