I've only been taking this a few weeks, plus vitamin D and WOW, my nails in WINTER are longer and not breaking! I have yet to notice anything for my hair but i'm sure that will come in time. I am so happy to have pretty nails after Halloween! Normally when the sun dissapears for winter, my nails start flaking and breaking and are shorter all winter, until our spring getaway to the tropics where I once again grow longer nails. The sun and more humid air play a factor, but these vitamins help make up the gap!

What HappenedYears ago when I was going to the same barber every time, I started taking a product with some of the nutrients that are in these EVOLVh Better Roots capsules. He noticed it first. He actually told me that I had new hair growing in, and it got thicker every time I went for a haircut. There were also some other nutrients in what I was taking at the time, like:Silica from Horsetail Root, Saw Palmetto, Fo-Ti, Kudzu Extract, but the nutrients in this bottle are very helpful for healthy hair.These Nutrients In This Bottle Specifically Help Grow Thicker HairIodine (as potassium iodide), Selenium (as selenium glycinate), Biotin (as vitamin B7), Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate).AnaGain Nu (pea sprout extract) is new to me, but I’m glad I’m going to find out…The Vitamins in this help the hair too, but I take a good multi-vitamin from natural plant based sources, so I don’t need them in something like this.The BottleI really like the bottle. Nice quality supplement in a brown glass bottle to preserve its potency. Good ingredients that are known to help stimulate hair growth. No weird taste or bitterness after taking. I cannot take this on an empty stomach for some reason, but taking it with a meal or snack and I am fine. It’s a 2 month supply but still not cheap. The important thing about hair loss is to understand what’s causing it- some things are irreversible without much more intervention than a supplement, but in my experience when my hair gets thin from wearing it up too much or being stressed out with my kids, a good biotin blend gets me back in shape in a few months. This has some potential but it won’t work for everyone.

I just finished my two month bottle. The first picture was taken December 30, 2022 and the second one was on September 21, 2022. I see growth and stronger strands. The pills are easy to digest with no upset stomach.

I've been having issues with my hair for the past couple of months, it has been shedding and breaking off. I was starting to get really worried about my hair falling out and I've been researching vitamins that can help with hair loss. This supplement has a great combination of ingredients that are known to help with hair growth. I love the fact that it's only 1 capsule per day. I'm very sensitive to smells and there's an unpleasant smell when you open the bottle but it doesn't bother me with taking the pills. I've been taking it for a few weeks and there's less shedding. In addition to this I'm also taking silica which helps strengthen the hair. I'm hopeful that after using for the full 2 months there will be noticeable improvement in my hair.

I haven’t used EVOLVh hair products before, but I gather they are high-end. Possibly their hair care line is superior enough to warrant the premium price but I don’t think that’s true when it comes to their vitamins. I was surprised to find these supplements so minimally packed with vitamins and minerals. For something designed to promote hair improvement, containing only 30 mcg of biotin is shockingly minor. At this point it’s not even really a supplement, it’s just the gentlest of boosts. The other ingredients are likewise minimal. Not to say the ingredients are bad or anything, it’s just that you could get pretty much all this and more with a daily multi-vitamin. If you’re someone looking for significant improvement to hair, you won’t find it here. Not to say there’s anything bad about what you are getting, I would just recommend a daily vitamin for the same benefits and at a fraction of the price.

I am not sure if I got a defective product or if other reviewers just didn't care about the smell but the smell was too strong and nauseating for me to even be able to take one of these pills. The pill, by itself, isn't too large. It shouldn't be difficult to swallow. The container that it came in is also of great quality. It came in a glass bottle that can definitely be reused to store other stuff once the pills run out. I was really excited to find something with good reviews and was hoping this would help my hair grow stronger but it was a waste. If you think the smell of the product wouldn't bother you, this can be worth it. Otherwise, look for something else.

This is a great product that has given me noticeable results, in the time I have used (I am currently halfway through the bottle=One month in). The price point is on the higher side; but, I do feel that the results are well worth it. Prior to taking this supplement, I felt that my hair was very dry and lack luster. I definitely do feel a difference in my hair health while taking these vitamins (it is almost reminiscent of when I was taking my Pre-natals 17+ years ago, but with better results). I am very content with this item.
