Perfect size and quality.

It's pretty big, about the size of a mechanical pencil eraser I would not wear this every day due to the weight my anchor would work itself out.

Dermal came on time and well packaged, the only issue I had with this dermal top, and loved the design, but not thinking when I purchased the tear drop, there is no way of knowing if the dermal top is going to line up with the thread on your bottom anchor. I learned that the hard way. The tear drop was sideways. Lol, so I have no use for it now, I would stick with basic shape when purchasing a dermal top.
