The Original Slush Mug - Teal

This works well and works with anything. My father enjoyed Gatorade from it after chemo treatments and it kept it slushy long enough for him to eat it slowly. Great product!

I got one if these for each of our boys (ages 7 & 9) for Christmas, and they were very excited to try them. The first attempt failed completely, but in later attempts they did manage to achive some icing up of the beverage after an extended period of stirring. It seems like the more sugar the beverage has in it, the better it works. Overall, I wasn't all that impressed.

This mug does not work well. I froze the cup for 12 hours ar -10 F and tried to get it to slush up. It didn't. The only way I could get and slush was by putting 2 inches of liquid in the cup and even then the slush was watery. I tried a variety of liquids over a 3 day period but no luck. I would like my money returned for this worthless product.

Doesn't really work as expected. Quality is poor.

The Original Slush Mug is a hit in this house. Keep the white mug in the freezer until ready to use. Pepsi works the very best, even better than Dr. Pepper or Coke. Orange juice and fruit juice do okay too. Coffee and tea products not so well. Just plain water is tastier in it too. Even if the mug does not freeze some products quite as well, it makes it deliciously ice cold and keeps it that way for an extended period of time. I hand wash both the outer cup part and the inner white cup just to keep it looking new. The white lettering does completely rub off the outer mug after several washings. So grab a Pepsi, pour in half to the frozen white mug, eat with a combination of a long handled teaspoon & a straw...ENJOY! Makes every time you use it feel like a well deserved treat.

Just like my 30-year old slushy mug! The quality is as good as my old one (which still works). Glad they are still making them, now the grand-kids can have a fun treat.

I don't know what it is about this mug. Maybe it isn't for me.It's easy to make slushies and they're good and refreshing but it's hard to enjoy the whole thing when I'm eating it as I'm making it.
