This is a superb model which my eight year old son managed almost completely unaided. Excellent detail and (from the point of view of someone working in the space sector) quite true to form when considering some future concepts for EVA suits. Excellent value, straightforward instruction and quite user-friendly. A great gift for any space-aholic, old or young!

As an avid Lego collector and staunch advocate against knock off building sets, I was ashamed when I pulled the trigger to purchase this set. Surely given the low price it would be a disappointment, right?I was so wrong - the quality of this set was truly excellent - from the packaging to the instructions and pieces themselves. This was definitely on par (and perhaps even better - sacrilege!) than a Lego product.

This is definitely worth buying. Excellent and as good as the branded sets, if not better.

My 6 year old son and I build this, and it's like lego with hundreds of pieces. Easy instruction manual. Takes a lot of work to build it but it's super cool!

A nice kit and worth the £35 I paid for it, the price does seem to vary and I have seen what is essentially the exact same kit in a slightly different colour scheme selling for £80 here... I would not pay that much for it so shop around and try different sellers.The kit is quite well made and 99% of the parts fit very well, the only issue I had with the fit of my one was one of the hands was a little loose fitting at the wrist joint which is held by a single pin. This was easily fixed by placing a small piece of tape on the pin before insertion so as to increase its diameter slightly and improve its grip.I also did have one missing brick on mine and although there are contact details printed in the manual in case of such an event I decided to simply replace it with one I had leftover from a previous build as it was a very simple square tile in an area that would not be seen anyway.Once built the figure is really quite sturdy and well balanced, able to support itself unassisted if you want but I built and placed it on the included stand anyway. Joint articulation is not fantastic but does allow at least some variety and pose ability for display. It's very much a shelf model though rather than something for a child to play with.The cutaway design is quite interesting though I have to admit I would probably prefer it without this or maybe if only the backpack was like that. Can't really criticize for that though as it's clearly shown that way in the box art.The build manual is quite clear with good printing on quality paper, it's 90 pages and shows 269 building steps to complete the kit.All in all I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and it was quit an interesting and satisfying build.

Really enjoyed building this. At points it was a labour of love but love it now its all built. The parts are compatible with the well known brand. The price for this was brilliant and cannot begin to imagine if this was made by thw more popular brand how much more expensive this would be. I ha e received lots of comments on how brilliant this looks! I have purchased the rocket foe. The same seller and will be doing that as my next project. Detail is fab pieces fit easily, just love it!!!

It's a gr8 product and I enjoyed building this. Not happy that some white coloured pieces were a off white and some smooth black pieces were exchanged for clear pieces. Also 2 wrong pieces added and not the right 2 pieces. A bit disappointed
