Inexpensive and Functional
The product I received was slightly different than that pictured above: mine is black instead of gray, and there is about an inch and a half of rail in front of the bracket that attaches it to the accessory rail. However, I believe this actually looks better then the pictured device, so no argument here.I ordered this sight rail for my FN FiveSeven, and it fits beautifully. I had to shave a tiny sliver of plastic from the gun in order fit the rail on, but it is hardly noticeable and in no way inhibits the form or function of the gun. I've never had any problems operating the slide with this rail attached. The rail sits high enough to completely clear the iron sights, so they remain both intact and functional. My only gripe, and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the overall workmanship is not fantastic. It looks good at a glance, and functions as expected, but the support which connects the lower accessory rail to the sight rail is slightly bent, which puts the rail slightly off-center. Nothing that can't be corrected when sighting in your optical device, just a little annoying is all.

Pistol Weaver rail on a Ruger P95
The item is not the colour shown in the photo. I wish that had been explained. It fits tightly on my handgun and has space for the slide to kick back but it seems like it doesn't line up with the pistol. I thought about trying to twist it somehow but figured it'd damage it or the paint would crack (it seems to be made out of strong metal). Maybe if you mount a sight you could sight in the difference to compensate the odd twist. (I may not word this correctly) the mount on the pistol may have a different width and depth in the groove allowing the mount to set oddly. I tried to put the mount as close as I could to the bottom of the pistol's rail. I don't think there is a holstor that will hold your pistol on you. You could keep it in a handgun bag if you don't plan on carrying it on you.

Dangerous Defective Mount
This pistol mount is aluminum, and it attaches to the front rail of the pistol. This rail did not come with the metal pin that would fit into the recess of the rail and keep the mount from sliding on the pistols plastic rail. Since it was missing the pin in the lower portion of the rail where the mounting screws clamp the mount to the pistol, it really made this item dangerous on a 9mm pistol. After 50-100 rounds the rail slid forward and began to fall off during fire. What a nightmare. The one I now have is good for airsoft and BB gun use. Please check the rail mount for the pin bar that slips between the weaver rails. The plastic rail that is secured through the pistols pin has held up to hundreds of rounds without movement. Another bad thing about this rail. The Aluminum clamp will dig into the plastic rail on your weapon, over time it will probable scratchor crack the plastic due to the recoil forces. I'm going with the plastic mount that secures with the pistol pin. This thing is a Chinese death trap without the proper rail pins placed in the mounting clamp. Beware of this defective mount.

Ok BUT NO for a GSG 1911......
Good quality but is too long to fit on my GSG. It is also way off-center on the pistol and I had to use all the windage adjustment on my scope to get it on target. I removed it from the gun and ordered A REAL GSG mount. Not recommended for a GSG 1911.

holds my red dot but that is it...
Does what it is suppose to but don't plan on having any accuracy from your mounted optic after the first shot. put it on my 9mm, shot once, checked the boresight on it and it was off by about seven inches and only got worse after that. recommend for airsoft or paintball.

Great Price
Pros: Price sturdy looks goodCons: Weaver pin not adjustable only one slot. I really like the deal they have in this but I don't like that if you use the pin it comes with the rail will not mount all the way back on the pistol's rail depending on Pistols make. They need to have multiple slots for pin to adjust for different brands. If it had that it would be 5 stars...

not 100% but does mount up nicely
It fits on the rail of my kimber 1911 ,im not sure that it's solid enough to keep a optic zeroed, but I haven't mounted one on it yet, just seems like it has alot if flex.

Not happy
When install the top is at least one inch above the barrel and does not look good. Problem was that it is the only one I could find for the Walther. I took it to a weld shop and had it lowered by one half of an inch. Cost $45.00
