Ontario Knife Company 7111TC Butcher Knife, 10" Blade

Love this knife. Don’t buy if you don’t know how to sharpen or you do silly things like put cutlery in the dishwasher. Do buy this if you enjoy high carbon steel, understand the benefits of it and want a useful nostalgic simplistic, inexpensive work of art. I have many OKC knives and many more expensive German, Swiss and Japanese blades. While I enjoy them all I enjoy this design most.

Have been trying to find this type of Knife for a long time. I'm country and love to process livestock/deer for many purposes and the knife IS the job. These are good knives and they are made for cutting not just laying around. I have the 7 1/2 and the 10 inch. Love them, you cant be country without them.

Highly disappointed!! I bought this knife for my husband for Father’s Day. I washed it and laid it out to dry and it has rusted already. He didn’t even get to use it. So frustrating!!
