2" Kinesio® Tex Classic W/R White

I have some ideas what to see works or not. The tape is interesting as you sweet it last longer on your skin. but not sure if it can really help when there is an injury.

I got the parcel and the paxckage but the inside was empty there was literally no tape

È la prima volta che acquisto questa marca. Lo utilizzo per la corsa durante il periodo invernale. È' il primo anno che correndo anche per quasi un'ora non avverto il solito dolore alla bandella laterale.Non so se è dovuta al fatto che ho cambiato la marca del nastro e quindi risulta efficace oppure se è semplicemente una mia modifica posturale. Una pecca il colore. Ho ordinato il nero ma mi è arrivato bianco.

Avevo ordinato 2 confezioni di nastro di colore nero come da annuncio (Kinesio KIN/011 Classic Rotolo Singolo, Nero) e mi sono state consegnate due confezioni con nastro di colore bianco ...

I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis and this was recommended to me. I have been putting it on my foot at night before bed and running with it on in the morning. It seems to be helpful since I have actually upped my miles, rather than the suggested lowering. I find that the tape sticks well initially. It really only lasts a day for me. After I run and shower, it is coming off at the edges. The middle still has lots of stick left in it, but the edges are pulling up. Also, sometimes the tape stops sticking to the arch of my foot after a particularly long run. I do live in the south, so a long run = pretty sweaty socks!I don't plan to wear the tape for more than 12 hours, so I'm not too distressed that it doesn't last past my shower.It sticks. It helps. I'm happy with it.
