I love this -- way better than the magnetic holders I've tried.
I just received this phone holder today so I have no idea about durability yet but the way it works, where it's designed to be placed and how stable it is in my SUV made me want to leave a review.I have a 2016 Subaru Forester and this fits very nicely right on the edge of the dash behind my steering wheel. I though it might obscure my view but my sightline is well over the top of where the phone sits when it's in the clip. (I cannot get the clip to push onto the edge completely (it seems like brittle plastic so I didn't want to force it -- but it goes on deep enough that it's rock solid with the phone installed.)Very happy so far and I'll post an update if there are any issues with durability.

Great in concept, bad in reality
This was a great idea and I would have loved it if it had worked, but I guess my dashboard is too fat, because it kept sliding off and dropping. It needs to be made to fit more "ample" dashboards. :(

Don't get for a 2017 Honda Civic
Didn't fit on my 2017 Honda Civic dashboard aside from right behind the steering wheel, therefore wasn't very useful. Scratched my dashboard taking this on and off. Would be a good tool if your car has a dashboard that it works with.
