Good product works great as others have said it is steel so it will rust no biggie to me if concern paint it, if you want stainless pay extra and get it.

Great upgrade
As usual, the Polaris robots showed how strong they are when installing the plugs. Stripped out the female plug and had to use and easy out. Replaced with this plug with a male end. Much easier to work with and the magnet is much stronger than the stock version.

Perfect replacement for OEM Hex Bit
If you hate the OEM 8mm hex bit, you’ll love this upgrade to a 10mm hex head. Makes it so much easier to remove when completing fluid changes.I stripped the 6mm hex bit for the oil drain plug and after that nightmare getting that plug removed, I switched all the plugs to hex heads.Perfect fit and so much easier to remove. Worth the cost and half the price of the Sandcraft plug kit when replacing all the drain and fill plugs.Update: One year later extremely rusted. Removed a star as I live in a dry climate and hardly get humidity. Shouldn’t rust that quick.

Great concept but rusted after first ride.
Love the socket head but the plug rusted after 1 ride. Suggest using higher quality metal/stainless. Magnet seems stronger as long as remains in plug housing. Will be curious to see the inside of plug and magnet at first service.
