My niece put it together! Super easy!
This balloon arch was affordable and easy to put together. They had them individually packaged with no instructions. I have never put together an arch before but I learned. The colors were perfect, it came with a strip where we slipped the balloons on and glue dots to help hold in place. Thank goodness we had helium because the duck balloons only worked on helium because they had the hole where you needed to pop it on the inside. It turned out great!

We didn’t been use all the balloons. So great! Comes with finger protector when tying, base to insert balloons into, and glue dots for attaching ducks to the arch
