Visually interesting & provides tactile satisfaction, if you understand what handmade entails.
These are very neat mugs. Initially I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to comfortably fit my hand inside to clean it properly, but even with fairly large hands I was able to reach everything without issue. The inside of the mug is not perfectly smooth, as is to be expected from something handcrafted. As such I'd say it is important to not let any liquids dry out inside it or cleaning may become annoying.As someone pointed out, the handle is fairly wide. This is somewhat unavoidable, however, given the weight it must be able to support when the mug is full. I didn't find it so wide as to be awkward.The design is quite appealing in my opinion, and the finish on it looks quite interesting. It's rapidly become my favorite mug for tea and simply feels good when full of a satisfyingly hot beverage. I'd recommend this to anyone who understands what hand-crafted works entail.In addition, the crafter/seller was polite and answered a question rapidly & accurately.

Product does not function as described.
The description says microwave, and dishwasher safe. It is neither. I will be returning this item.

Very unique and far more usable than some.
This one is huge and stunning. May be my favorite and I collect unique mugs I have not had it long enough to see how it holds up, but it's fantastic so far.

Perfectly rustic and charming! Exactly what I was looking for. Large mug that is perfectly holdable for my small hands, as shown. It seems well put together and I love the details. 10/10

Sure, it's handmade, but the handle is 1" wide at least
I bought this for my girlfriend, who likes large mugs and has tiny hands. She can't even hold the mug because the handle is 4 times larger than any of the images on this page. I'm pretty tempted to seek a refund at this point as the item which arrived was not what was advertised

Dead spider with web inside cup
The cup came with a dead spider and web inside, as a bit of an arachnophobe my sister nearly threw the cup on the ground when she opened up the cup. The cup itself is quite beautiful but it’s craftsmanship was mostly ignored because of the spider fiasco. Maybe shipper will take care in making sure no critters take trips with the product.

Lovely craftsmanship! Wanted a nice big mug for my home office and this is perfect. Nice quality without being too heavy.
