Really, there is nothing wrong with the unit My only problem was the connecting cables that wouldn't fit other attachments I had connected to the telephone ensemble I didn't get to hear my TV audio. It's not complicated to assemble, just make sure of obtaining additional information concerning these cable before buyings. The plugs are two (2) different kinds.

This headset is NOT bluetooth. it can't be paired with a laptop.

After two months, the headset unit failed to connect to the charging unit. Spracht stepped in and replaced the unit (***** for Spracht!)
