Worked great. Very high quality. Comparable to the expensive name-brand headset my employer had originally given me. Was just a simple plug and play into my Cisco phone.

I ordered 4 different sets thinking they were all compatible with my Cisco 6945. However, none of the 3 were. I am so glad that this headset was compatible, but not only that. I can hear clearly with absolutely no static. It is comfortable on my head and ears. I can switch from right to left. I preferred the leather looking cover over the foam kind. However, the foam is working out just fine. I looked at Plantronics and Jabra. They were very expensive. I am so glad I found these DailyHeadset RJ9 because they cost a fraction of the other name brands, but work just as well. Extremely pleased with these! I ordered another one for my co-worker.

Works great with my desk phone. I am able to get through calls a lot faster! So glad I purchased this headset and it came 2 days early.

Products is very clear and don’t have to place it too close to your mouth for the other person to hear.

Perfect for long use. Job transitioned to speaking with clients on the phone instead of in person. Which can take up to an hour or longer.... This was a perfect choice for our Cisco 6941 phone.

Works well. No static, very clear, much more comfortable than hand set.
