Due to stress on backs of metal chairs, the fabric finally ripped after less than two years use. I ordered again and have placed insulative tubing along back of chairs in hopes that the product will last longer. I also had propped the middle up to try to get the water to drain off better, but that did not prove to work well on this particular setup as the chair back height is higher than the table in the middle.

I've had several of these, they seem durable. But a year in the coastal sun in Ventura California (not desert sun by any means...), and the material just gets brittle and tears. Never had one last longer than 2 years. Treat it as disposable. Last time I got the insurance. Making a claim on on two of the three covers now.Update. The warranty claim that I purchased from amazon along with these covers, after spending an hour to make the claims, were DENIED because it was weather damage! But if I were do go out and deliberately jump on this cover and rip it, it would have been covered under the plan....

Product fit well over a large outside table. However the sun degraded it to the point that moving it ripped a gaping whole and is now trash.Under a patio and out of the sun product has performed well so far.I would not recommend for outside in full sun.

I loved the look and feel of this when I purchased it and it fit my patio set well. However, just over a year later it has torn from the weight of a bit of rain water that accumulated on the top of the cover. I assume that the sun has damaged the fabric and it tore.... wouldn't buy it again.

Taking note from other reviews, I threw an old sheet over the cushions to make sure there's no chance of the underside of the tarp staining the patio set. With that said, the quality is really nice!I have a 60" table and 2 chairs under the tarp (118"). It's a bit too big but I may rearrange the set to put more chairs with the round table. I have a couch, 2 rocking chairs, a coffee table and 3 regular chairs under an xl sized tarp, so I'll move some chairs around to get a better fit between the 2 tarps. I do really like the quality though.

I read the other reviews before I made my purchase and ordered a larger size than I needed. My table measured 84" diameter with 4 chairs. I ordered the xtra large 108" diameter and it was a perfect fit. The attachments at the bottom fit nicely around the legs of the chairs. Not very heavy fabric but seems pretty sturdy so far. Just purchased so I don't know about long last durability. Hope this is helpful.

I have bought many different products from the same line and in recent years, the quality and durability do not appear to be the same. Almost all chair and table covers have torn within a season of use. I would recommend looking at other brands.

Good quality cover. Has straps on the ends to attach to chairs/table so the cover won’t blow away. Glad we paid extra for a durable product for Texas wind & storms.

Material is of good quality but plastic clips are garbage, one was broken upon arrival and another broke as soon as I touched it. The cover is no good if the clips don't work. I dont know why they would have cheaped out on the most crucial part of the product.

Used this to cover a conversation set I purchased with a couch, two chairs and two ottomans. It covered everything when I put the ottomans on the couch And pushed everything together, the 4 straps on each corner of the cover allowed me to secure the legs so it did not blow away in the wind. Be sure you measure your set when pushed into a square.

Terrific quality. Very strong and thick material. Waterproof as reported. Lots of straps and drawstrings to tighten around furniture.

Ripped after 9 months.. not as durable as I expected.
