Filamentory is a premium filament built for all purposes and created with the utmost attention to detail and quality. Every production step is of equal importance from the precision equipment to the strict quality control system to ensure all finished products reach our performance standards. The properties we take into consideration are melt flow index, material dryness, impact strength, and diameter precision. Our lab is equipped with a melt flow index instrument, dryness tester, impact strength tester, laser diameter tester and hardness tester to detect all properties. Our filaments are coiled in orderly fashion to ensure 100% tangle free usage, prevent bending and distortion while maintaining minimum resistance. The diameter of the most commonly used 3D printing filaments have a standard tolerance accuracy requirement of ±0.05mm while premium filament has the accuracy of ±0.03mm. Lower diameter tolerance allows the amount of material extruded through a print nozzle to remain more consistent during the printing process. This consistency directly affects the accuracy and surface smoothness of the printed object. Filamentory filaments are bump and bubble free by running our filaments through an accurate laser diameter instrument during coiling and ensuring that our unrecycled raw materials are contaminant free. Furthermore with our enhanced filament extrusion technology, we are able to get the filament to stay within ±0.03mm tolerance range and more than 99.9% of them within ±0.02mm range. Put an end to your search for the perfect PLA filament with Filamentory PLA filaments!

1.70 mm average diameter puts it way below its advertised dimensional accuracy
This filament is actually 1.72mm diameter, average measured along several feet of filament. I think I lost my first print because of this. It was severely under-extruded...The color exactly matches Prusa Silver PLA.Update: I made more measurements after having printing issues using this filament. The filament diameter is a constant 1.70 mm!!!! This is waaaaay below the advertised tolerance. For that I am giving it 1 star.

Great filament for the price!
This filament prints very nice at standard PLA temps. I believe i ran it around 195 on a 65 bed on PEI. No stringing and it had consistent extrusion on my fairly stock Maker Select Plus. The metallic is very subtle. On the side profile it pretty much just looks silver/gray, but on the top and bottom layers you can really make out the metallic in it. I would definitely order this brand again.

Prints good, looks good.
This filament has been working fine in my A8 printer. I chose this one because the color seemed lighter in color which looks more like shiny metal but I haven't bought other brands to compare it to. I did look at a lot of other reviews before buying so I thought this would be good and so far I like it very well.

Filament is segmented on the spool
This filament came with folds on the spool, this made it useless, since as it feeds into the printer the folds snap into segments about 6 inches long. Will not buy this brand again.

This filament has to be the same stuff that came ...
This filament has to be the same stuff that came with my Prusa Original I3 MK2 Printer. It matches perfectly and prints the same. I will buy it again.
