Exact Replacement
Took care of the problems. Worked after a couple of print head cleanings. Print like new again. I highly recommend looking at online videos on how to replace this. It's easy, but you can mess up.

Printed two pages and then failed
I installed this printhead on my HP Officejet Pro 6830. It printed two pages successfully and then it says that there is problem with the printhead. Very disappointing.

Defective and did not appear new
Installed this printhead and got error message "there is a problem with the printhead". Could not execute clean head utility or print quality report. The printhead did not appear to be new as rubber seals around the ink inlets appeared worn and plastic had same markings as the OEM HP printhead including HP logos. I reintsalled the original and it performed as before, printing black, magenta and yellow, but no cyan. I returned the Ademon printhead and will scrap the printer as HP OEM printheads are not available.

Printhead was not recognized by the printer after installing it and double-checking the installation. Had to reinstall the original printhead (which has stopped printing cyan, but still works for black and white).Description says this is a "replacement" for the original HP printhead with an "upgraded chip" and is made to "last longer than [the] original printhead". This is a bald-faced lie. What I received is an HP original printhead with a 2019 date code on it (my original has a 2015 date code). Maybe it's been cleaned and reconditioned but this is not a new "upgraded" printhead. Even the circuit board still has an HP logo (the HP logo on both the plastic and the pcb have been conveniently airbrushed out of the photos of the unit showing in the seller's photo section).And this minor note: the packaging also did not match what was described. Described as "..outer layer wrapped in a foam bag and foam" this came in a soft plastic clamshell inside a carboard box.If i could give this a zero-star review I would.

Solved the problem
After going through the steps (dissassembling and cleaning, rebooting, etc.) to clear a "Problem with the Printhead" error I ended up ordering this new printhead. Package arrived on time, installation was easy and it absolutely solved the problem with my HP 6830.Highly recommend this product if you have similar issues.
