You need to be aware that the package is misleading. As you look at this box compared to the HP ink box and the only thing missing is the "HP" logo. Now that you are aware that this is discounted ink and a generic we can go from there. My experience with some generic inks, is this ink does not seem to dry at the printer heads on my HP printer which is a BIG plus as you don't have to constantly go into the clean mode to get anything to print on a day-by-day basis. The print quality is good, the colors work fine for me as I do not print pictures on this printer. I use regular copy paper since it is cheap, and it works for my purposes. I did several tests on premium inkjet paper and the text is crisp and clean while the colors are bright and crisp as well. Some color shades are off a little if you compare the prints to HP inkjet prints, as it all depends on what you want in any final printout. You cannot compare this ink with HP ink as it is not in the same league. If you need precise text and precise colorization, then you know where or what you need to spend your dollars on. For me, this ink has done VERY, VERY well and will continue to use this as my Goto ink of choice. This really boils down to what you want to settle for, or for what you actually need. Got to go now and get my refills ordered....

This was my first time using an equivalent product to HP's ink. I love my printer so I was scared to use anything but the ridiculously expensive brand name ink.This product & the vendor too, received good reviews and I realized I was missing out by not giving it a shot. The vendor followed up right after I got the ink cartridges to make sure I received them and if I had any problems or questions, to reach back out. Customer service is solid with Forzik.I absolutely recommend that you give a non brand name ink a try and it's safe & reliable from this vendor.I'll be a repeat customer

The print quality seems slightly worse than OEM, not enough to matter for the most part. Got mad for a minute when I got an error message. Once I restarted the printer, started to work fine.

Fast delivery, printer knew it was not HP but used it anyway, print quality seems good but have not tried on photos yet and I can't speak to print longevity either, haven't had it long enough to tell

The value of this ink cartridge set is great! I needed to replace the yellow ink cartridge and when I looked at this set it was so much cheaper compared to the alternatives. I also really appreciate the box that the ink comes in because it has an attractive design so I feel like I can just leave the box sitting next to my printer without it looking like clutter. Installation was easy but instructions were also provided if needed. I will definitely be purchasing this product again for my ink cartridge replacement needs. (Please note in the picture I added, the yellow cartridge is not shown because it has been already installed in the printer).

I ordered the ink and when it arrived I realized it was not an HP product. I thought it was because of the packaging. Because it was less expensive I thought I would give it a try. The black ink cartridge didn't register with the printer but it worked fine. When I tried the first color cartridge the printer would not print anything and I was unable to get it to function. The positive thing was that when I requested a refund the company quickly refunded the total amount of the purchase. I appreciated the quick response.

The seller sent me an email advising me not to update my printer. Since the HP cartridges I had from HP to use when the current ones ran out wouldn't work because the printer said they were for a previous generation, I was ready to return these when they arrived. I decided to try the color cartridges just in case they DID work. They DID! The printer says they are clones but printed several letters that I had written. I have not tried to print colors, so cannot evaluate colors, so only gave 4 stars for the value for the money.

When I received the cartridges, it was cold and was worried that the ink has frozen due to it sitting outside in freezing weather for a couple of hours...I honestly didn't think it will work. After printing a few pages, the prints are so clear and I didn't experience any setbacks. I am impress with this product and will surely purchase again.
