I purchased these Bluetooth headphones in Rose Gold for my mom. She is not much of a techie. I on the other hand am and also am quite picky with my audio stuff. I tested them out for her for a few days so I could write this review. She likes them and plans on using them often.First off, the color and texture design. The rose gold color matches her phone color nicely. The texture is elegant looking and looks better in person than the pictures. They are comfortable to wear.Next, the sound. It has a nice balance of lows, mids, and highs. I have listened to music and made phone calls on them almost all day and the sound quality is good. Call quality and the noise cancelling microphone is good too. I have used friends’ LG Tone Ultra Bluetooth headphones and these compare nicely.The battery life and Bluetooth range is good for this price of headphones. I used them off and on for 2 days without needing to charge them. I walked a couple rooms away from my phone without the sound cutting out.I used them with my Galaxy S8 and iPhone 6S Plus and they worked equally well with both.

Update: I have updated my review to five very deserved stars! I had trouble pairing my first headset. Amazon made it easy to return. Yay! And Doltech was awesome! They sent me a new pair to try again. Again I had the same trouble pairing. A few days later I completely turned off my phone, turned it back on and tried again. It paired! It is working great! So, I am afraid my original headset was most likely totally fine and my phone needed a bit of a reboot. Doltech deserves praise! They were very responsive with troubleshooting questions and they let my try a headset again for free to make sure I was satisfied. That’s amazing customer service. Try this great headset!————————————————-The headset I received was defective. I was never able to pair this headset with my iPhone. When it first arrived and after more than 24 hours of charging, the indicator light flashed alternating red and blue lights. The manual did not have an explanation for what flashing red and blue lights even meant. I returned the headset. Thumbs up for an easy return.

Terrible!!! You can't even take 3 steps away from your phone without the person on the other end start sounding like a robot...I will be sending these back. All those good reviews that's the only reason I got them..NEVER again!!!Update: The company seen my review and gave me my refund and sent me another pair no charge. They didn't have to do they could have just refunded me money. I love companies that value their customers. Now the ones i have now are so much better..I'm really enjoying them🤗

I have only had these headphones for a few weeks. So far they are acceptable. What I like about headphones - they do cancel the noise which is a plus, the clarity is exceptional and they are very light weight which is also a plus. What I dislike about the headphones - I wish the range was better. The range is not very good. I can't get more than 20 feet from my phone before I get static and if I take another few steps in the wrong direction, the headphones disconnect, immediately reconnecting when I move within an acceptable range. The other problem that I have had with the headphones is charging. When you plug the charger in, if you don't position it just right, it doesn't charge. It's a little thing, but there is nothing more annoying than plugging it in overnight and discovering that the headphones still need to be charged.It has only been a few weeks, so I may do an update.

Used these bluetooth headphones maybe for 6 weeks, 4 days a week, a few hours per day to listen to Audiobook and they just quit working one day. Won't take a charge, won't connect to bluetooth. Would like to return but they say my return window is past. 1 star only because they look good in rose gold. Would not recommend if you want longevity over a month.

The sounds quality is excellent. I listen to audiobooks most of the day and these are perfect for longer listening periods. I love the retractable ear buds and they are definitely less tempting for the cat to use as a toy. The pink color is easy to find and made mom smile when I gave her a matching set. As a side note the pleading in the headphone's voice when the headphones need recharging made me giggle and definitely gets the point across.

Headset stopped working after 2 months. I have tried to contact the company and have item replaced as stated in the warranty but the number is for China only. Second the warranty is invalid if product is not sold by the company. Third the warranty card must be with the return. Overall its too expensive and too much hassle to replace the headset. Do yourself a favor and avoid all together. Buy LG. They have a real warranty!

Its great! I've had the lg TonePro, and I actually like this better. The retractable ear buds are a major plus. It's comfortable, and the battery lasts about 3 days of normal use, not to mention it doesn't take long to get a full charge. It's beautiful and stylish. I loveven it!Update: one earbud stopped working after a few months. And I couldn't get ahold of the seller because their phone number is inoperable. Thanks to Amazon customer service making an exception, it's being taken care of. AMAZON not the seller!
