Not quite what I was expecting
Not quite what I was expecting…. I thought it would be thicker as I don’t always sit all the way back in the chair. Also I thought the picture of the spine would be on it to help me align how I should be sitting but it is not so it’s a little misleading. The spine that you see in this picture is nowhere near or on the actual. But it’s OK and I guess if you actually sit back in your chair the foam pillow is comfortable

Too much
The curve in the cushion is too “deep” for the curvature of my spine. After about 10 minutes it becomes extremely painful. When I have it on my chair, I can’t sit back and relax. In order to be of any kind of useful, I have to flip it upside down, and even then it’s not 100%. If you have severe back issues, this may not be the best choice..but then it may just be my situation.

It’s ok
I have had two back surgeries and have been looking for something to help my back while sitting in an office chair all day. This didn’t really help me, made my back hurt a little more

Nice on your back
This is not bad for back support but I think it is a little short and it is not curved to assist your back as much as I thought it would be, it also is a little narrow for me.It is a memory foam and it does sink in when you lean into it, but if you are sitting straight it will not sink it but it will help to keep your posture. It is very soft and it is firm but not to firm.My back takes up most of it so I dont get the engulfed feeling of the little arms pulling me in and giving me more support. There really isnt much space between the little arms to fit into and feel pulled in. I also thought it would be longer. This does my middle back, but I thought this was from my lower back to my lower neck, it is not that.Dont get me wrong it does feel nice on my middle back and relives some of my pain. I will keep using it and see how it goes. I work from home so it will get a work out.

Solid shape and design, but suites for larger office chairs or seating
In theory, this support pillow has what you need to ease the aches and pains from slouching over a laptop or spending a lot of time sitting. However, I would strongly recommend sitting this in a deeper office chair or even on a couch or recliner. As you can see from the photos I provided, when I sat in my office chair, the pillow pushed me too far forward for comfort, leaving the edge hitting the bottoms of my legs at a point which caused pressure irritation. Now yes, I am overweight and thicker than I'd like to be, so for those who are at or near their ideal weight, this pillow would likely work better in this type of chair. For those who are a bit thicker in the middle, be sure your chair/seat is a deeper one.Aside from the thickness, the pressure against the back hits decently enough. It's not as good as some that have felt like they were contoured specifically to my body shape, but it's sufficient. I didn't notice much pain relief, as I don't typically slouch, but the pressure just behind the kidneys was nice. Because I didn't have enough room to sit comfortably in my office chair, I wasn't able to ascertain the full effectiveness of this product. I did briefly try it on the couch, and it was much better. However, I don't spend much time sitting there, so where I needed it, it wasn't useful for me.

Not firm enough
Having back problems for years and having a desk job, I needed more back support. This definitely aligned my back, pushing me forward and making me sit up straighter, but it didn't seem to give me the added pressure I needed in my lower back. It's not a bad lumbar pillow by far. I think for myself, I just needed something a little harder or it could just be my desk chair. Maybe over time it will help relieve the pain.
