Good price and great for soccer practice

I purchased this for initially for training for my son when he started soccer. I ended up donating it to our soccer coach because he started each practice with footwork drills with the 7 year old kids. Great buy and I would buy it again.

Overall quality of material is ok. HOWEVER, the ladder rungs slide very easily making it impossible to keep them evenly spaced. Poor design.

The media could not be loaded.  My son recently purchased this in order to start training for football, he absolutely loved it. Great material, value for your money!

Love this agility ladder, my wife and I got bored of just running at the park for our morning workouts. I busted this bad boy out one morning last week and it was a hit. Looked up a few exceraizes and sweat our rear ends off! Definitely great to break up the monotony of working out every morning... only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was when you first open it do not expect to use it right away since you will have to pull and set all the rungs prior to using it. A tedious process but once done you can put it away in an accordion fashion so that it easily opens when you need it.

I love this item. Came with cones and the sticks to push into the ground which is great because the ladder moves if you stumble on it. The sticks helps it to stay in place.
