I don't understand why this item is flagged as "frequently returned" as it is everything advertised in terms of color and solid feel. It arrived with legs attached. And there is no hinge which other reviews mention which makes it great if you want to use it as a tray table. The height matches my sofa so if I were to use it as a footrest it would be more of a chaise effect. The color is consistent with the images online. Best of all is the nailhead trim and tufted top which keeps it from being boring. My only quibble is the feet have cleat-like grippers on the floor protectors which snag on my carpet and rug but since I'm using this mainly as occasional seating I haven't bothered trying to file the rough spots. Since this is a big cube and heavy-ish, sliding it smoothly makes more sense than trying to carry it.

I honestly didn't have high hopes for this, but now I wish I'd bought two. I may still buy another one. It's perfect in my room size which is on the smaller side. East of assembly was great because it comes assembled. The fabric quality is superior and it doesn't feel cheap or tacky at all. The color is exactly what I was hoping for based on the photo and matches my other similar grey couch perfectly. It feels solid when I prop my feet up on it as well.
