Instructions for use： 1:Using a press or iron,apply medium pressuer with an iron set to 305oF/150oC for approximately 25-40 seconds. 2:After the garment has fully cooled slowly remove the transfer paper.lf the design lifts,replace the cloth and iron again for another 10-15 seconds.
