These are easy to remove from the backing, but the sheets are large for storage. The felt is thick, but I find I like the skived pads better. Still, they worked as my metatarsalgia was in it's last few days. I walk at least 10,000 steps/day and the pad would loosen up by mid day. The soles of my feet are very smooth (no moisturizer when applying the pad). I sprayed a light coat of heavy hold hairspray on my foot, let it mostly dry and stuck the pad on. I could get two days of use with this method and the pad did not move all day. The pad is comfortable while attached to my foot and really allowed me to go about my day without adjusting for a painful foot

I thought these were for use inside the shoes, but I think they’re really to put on your feet. I wound up putting them inside a pair of high heels and they were comfortable enough.

Good deal for the cost.

It is easy to use, but the adhesive ruins shoes, socks and everything in between. Leaves marks every time you replace it. Tried different chemicals to remove adhesive but it may ruin shoes 🤷‍♀️

I like the Metatarsal Pads. I wear them when I have a trail run. They will stay in place for a week. They help my feet feel better. I will buy them again.

This product is great for my heel has a good bunch of padding.

I was attempting to use these pads for a neuroma in my foot. The paper backing on the adhesive is difficult to remove with out also pulling the backside of the adhesive from the pad. They barely stick to my foot or my shoe. This was a waste of money.

Amazing stickiness on this one! But after a day of walking the cotton separates out due to the stress. So a small part of the cotton remains stuck because of awesome adhesion, but the rest literally separates out like someone sliced in with a knife

Pads are comfortable and the thickness is great. They do compress a bit while wearing, which is to be expected.I sometimes attach the pad directly to my bare foot, but mostly use inside shoes and boots, attaching them to the existing foot liner. They stay put and last for quite some time before shifting or before the sticky bit catches on a sock and folds the edge over. Then I just pop a new one in.Well-priced. I would highly recommend.

I guess I didn’t understand what I was buying. These are only single use since they are made of felt.They start peeling and balling up under your foot if you stick in your shoe and try to use multiple times.I will be returning.
