I faced some problems but I don’t know if mine was defected or all models are the same
Honestly, the product is good and powerful. It has a companion useful app too.The ride is joyful and smooth.Therefore, the magnetic charge doesn’t work all the time. Sometimes you charge all night and wake up to find nothing happened. I adjust the position again and again. The light of the charger is always green so I don’t know when it’s charging or not.The second problem is inconsistency in the cruise control. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn’t work no matter how long you press it.I had to ask for returning the unit. I’m not sure if it’s defected or all units have the same problem.

Lack of support
I got my scooter as a gift from a freind few days ago through Amazon. Rear tire air valve is leaking air, it is faulty. No support from the company
