I could never find a match when needed one...and those butane lighters are not reliable, sometime they light up on the first try; other times...well, you know...Great for lighting a gas grill or a stove top...perfect for lighting candles...USB cable included, but the charging block is not...I don't think you could get your charcoal smoker going with this unless you used it to light something else first...

Bought this electric lighter because it is rechargeable and we thought it was a great way to light something without flame. It works every time and has held the charge for a very long time. It's super easy to operate with safety slide and on button, "on" indicator light lets you know it's ready to use, and lighter is long enough to keep fingers away from what is being lit. Family member saw it, liked it and ordered his own. Highly recommend this product.

Better than disposable lighters. Great for candles or if my stove doesn't light.

I got this to replace my butane BBQ lighters, which kept blowing out when I tried to light my propane furnace. These work very well, and I loved the idea that they are rechargeable. Unfortunately, one of the two I purchased stopped charging. It's crazy, but I got a response from customer service within two hours! They are replacing my unit at no charge, and I've never had such a quick response. Great service.
