I haven't written a review in a while but had to seeing that this product has not been received well.I bought this knowing that it had negative reviews but after looking carefully at the product I felt that the reviewers may have been subject to user error rather than poor product.To get the best out of this, you need to use a coarse ground coffee. I grind my own beans to a coarse grind and I had no issues. The filter system is exceptional. I have used a portable French press before which was good, but the filter system allowed for the grinds to enter your drink too easily. This filter system is quite unique (see pics) and works so so well. Very little grinds filter through allowing for a great coffee.The flask keeps the drink hot for a very long time..... Even if you have the lid open. It's best to decant into a cup if you prefer to drink your coffee quicker.I am more than happy with this purchase.

Rubber seals all good , press works really well but the drink is tepid after an hour or so, not impressed at all with it, to say it's double walled it's very poor doesn't hold heat at all

My mum loved this for Christmas. It looks the part and is nice to hold keeps drinks hot

I liked the idea of this, but i found it a bit messy making the coffee and adding the milk. I didnt dry the filter quite enough and it went all moudly, cant get it clean now , looks like i will have to throw it away, i can say that the coffee did stay hot for ages
