This is a fine Bike Mount
Just like most bike holders, you stick it on front of the bike so that the rider can properly view its phone and see what they are doing and where they are going. This bike mount is very helpful when it comes to going to a place that you have never been, you just simply go to the Google maps, nothing more. I like this because it makes your life so much easier when it comes to riding bikes and being on your phone, you can truly multitask. I could not handle the fact that at one point I would have to steer the bike with one hand and use my other hand to hold the phone. Well not no more. It's actually pretty useful if you want to record while you are riding your bike. I did a quick inspection and I believe that with the necessary tools, you can equip this with your motorcycle as well. But, I wouldn't trust this completely. It may have not slide down or fallen down on me as of yet but that is always a possibility.

Love It and Hate It! ADDED INFORMATION!
Loved the way it works. Hate the fact that I've had it only since July 1, 2018 (today is Jan 21, 2019) and it broke off right at the ball joint rendering it useless. I'd pay 3X as much if that were metal or a much more durable material.I RECEIVED A PERSONAL RESPONSE FROM SUNVALLEY BRANDS. THEY ADDRESSED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE PROMPTLY. THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO CHANGE THE 'BALL' TO SOMETHING MORE DURABLE LIKE METAL BUT DID IMMEDIATELY SEND OUT A REPLACEMENT. BASED UPON THAT, I RAISED MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS.I STILL LOVE THE DEVICE AND WILL PURCHASE A NEW ONE FROM SUNVALLEY EVEN IF THE BALL ISN'T MODIFIED.

Incredible
For the $6.99 I paid for it a year and 4 days ago, this product is simply incredible. I has endured on my mountain bike all this time. I took my road bike out of storage and decided to buy my 2nd mount like this one only to find that it is not currently available. My iPhone has always been so secure in the spring mount that I completely forgot about the bands at the corners of the mount. They are not necessary.

Holds the iPhone great.
Really like this holder, with one minor exception. The side pieces that hold the phone in place interfere with the volume controls on the phone, regardless of which side I use for the phone. The smaller side is somewhat better, but the larger piece on the left of the VAVA unit as shown causes the volume control to be useless and continually presses on one of the two volume control units. Other than that minor issue (which I resolve by using the smaller side and sliding the unit as far up as possible), it is a great holder.

Great product
I saw something similar at the Bike Store for $79. It does exactly what this one does, very similar design as well. Im not sure why theirs cost 5x more than this? I connected it to my bike in 30 seconds, with no tools, very adjustable, extremely secure (I am 100% confident my phone will never fall out of this).Works perfect, zero reason to buy something else! Love it!

Perfect for Video Shoots
I use this to attach my phone to a tripod when I'm using my phone as a mobile hotspot for live-streaming. Also, this holds larger USB batteries to power video equipment (camera, sound mixer, monitor, etc.) on my tripod during a shoot.

Total junk
I know this is no longer available, but there is at least one other one out there that looks like it is the exact same design. Is it a remake of this one? This is the worst design ever. After only one full season of extremely light road use (wife only rides around the neighborhood), this unit broke in the exact same place everyone else's has broken.Luckily, I heard about the flaw and tied a small bungee cord from the phone base to the handlebar. Saved the phone! Piece of junk.

It’s holds the phone tight.
Wow holy wowThis items is beyond better than what I was expecting. Super easy to install on the bike. Holds the phone tight and easy to use. Not some cheap plastic that will break easy. The part that mounts to the bike is metal and grips the handle bar tight.Absolutely will be buying another for my other bikes. Cell phone mount is the plastic part and holds the phone snug.
