QC has gone downhill at Adidas
The shoes themselves are fine. The insole which should have been glued to the sole portion, instead was stuck to the sidewall of the shoe. The shoes are authentic as they came from Adidas Canada. This is the second pair of shoes from Adidas that I have bought where this has happened (first pair was Handball Spezial made with Cordura). I have been an Adidas sneaker head for years and have 70+ pairs, that I started collecting in 80’s and the quality control in the last couple of years has really fallen off.

Nice shoes but with strange arch support
These are snazzy shoes that look nice. However, I have one complaint: of the dozens of pairs of Adidas that I’ve had over the years, the arch supports in these shoes are unusually high. Upon putting on one shoe, I actually thought it was a factory error. Since the arch support in the other shoe was exactly the same, it seemed intentional. I’ve gotten used to it, but it took a while. Otherwise, they fit like all of my other adidas.
