A great fun ball which you can control all around, even water!

5 AAA Batteries required. Very fragile. Too large for cats. Lights Up.
The ball itself is about the size of a large orange, comprised of three main parts. The two halves of the plastic outer shell which snap/twist together, and the internal; motor which has a blinking red/blue light on the top, and a white light pointing in the direction it will move if you make it go forward. It requires 3 AAA batteries. There is a loose button inside that turns on the ball. The controller is about 1/3 the size of the ball, and requires 2 AAA batteries. There is a switch that turns on the controller. I can't quite determine that the two buttons below the right thumbstick are for, they appear to do nothing at all. It's a little too big for a cat toy. The cats watch it and are interested in it, but won't actually chase it or play with it.The low rating is because after 15 minutes of use, I rolled the ball off of my bed onto the carpet (1.5ft) and it now no longer turns left. Very fragile. This thing is worth $10 at best.Edit: Adjusting to 3 stars from 2, because this morning it remembered how to turn left.

Fun
This is a fun little toy. There is a learning curve to get it to go where you want but it's fun.
