Just what I needed

Not what I thought it would be
The wrap has very thin cold packets that don't stay cold long enough and the the packets are ridged which does not allow complete coverage. I was hoping for a thicker gel type packets which conform to you anatomy better, I still use it but don't get the results. Shipping and delivery was prompt.

The strap is not sewn onto the ice pack - not very convenient but still works. Ice coverage is good for the whole shoulder.
