Good quality, and the handle is a great replica of a DualSense controller. Mine seems fine on the top shelf of the dishwasher too despite it saying you can't put it in one.

Nice large mug, thick & weighty, feels good in your hand, for an official PlayStation product it is not of the quality I would expect .. at £12 it's not a deal breaker, but the hand painted parts of the mug could be a lot better
