Only took off a star because I had to shave my thumb sticks down slightly so that domes no longer had friction with the controller shell. Was very happy with how it turned out. Wish we get more color options down the line please😊

Works great with ps5 controllers. Anyone saying that it sticks over tightened either the battery holder screw or the four case screws. I loosened the battery holder screw and it worked perfect.

ordered the E2 for my ps5 dual sense. "also swapped the shell and added the extremerates backbutton mod" These metal thumbsticks feel and work better than the orginals or kontrol freaks. better than kontrol freaks because they dont pop off when your playing or hit them the wrong way. " also had a problem with them rotating on the stick which effected how they felt as well. overall you do have to take the controller apart to install these but they feel and look great if your up for the task!P.S I didnt have to sand or grind anything, but I did have to watch how tight I tightened the screws during reassembly or the thumbsticks wouldnt be smooth

Got the E2 since I like the Elite 2 controller on my series X. I did have to grind the thumbstick pole down slightly to get these not to stick when controller fully together but after testing did not limit motion or anything harmful.I wasnt a fan of other options adding bumps for better grip and love my Elite 2. So these work great.Ordering a second set when I get a second controller before GoW Ragnarok.

It’s a nice concept stolen from Xbox Elite controller but poorly implemented. You can tell this is cheaply made, yes they are metal but the manufacturing is too different between thumbstick. This causes different height for the metal dome. Like many others have said these will rub against the controller top cover. In my case the left thumbstick would stick and not come back in the center. You’re left with two choice cutting the stem a little to go deeper or sand the inside of the top cover. Both options are terrible. Another issue is pressing the thumbstick, in certain angles, especially in diagonal, it won’t register a click. You have to move the thumbstick either on the side or vertically to register. It’s really annoying when playing. Lastly, making circles with your thumbstick is not smooth. On my right thumbstick, circling on the edge, feels like touching a gear, I can feel all the teeth. The feeling of using these are too different from a genuine PS5 thumbstick or Xbox Elite controller. I gave one star for the case it comes in and being made of metal but I really cannot recommend these.

Writing a review because it seems nobody else has commented about this N-E1 type (versus the E1 variant). It seems some batches of the E1 requires sanding, but the N-E1 type fits perfectly in the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. If anything it looks like there’s plenty of leeway between the case and the controller internals, so dust entering may be a concern for some people.This does add weight to the sticks, which means you’ll get more severe snapback on these. I don’t play anything that requires flicking so it’s no problem for me, but Smash players would probably want to stick with the lighter plastic sticks.

I bought a set of these to use on my original Xbox One controller.The magnets used in the sticks are too strong, and pressing down the left stick while holding it forward will activate the left trigger. This makes using the controller for FPS games nearly impossible.
