Best pancake mix. 23 grams of protein from 1/2 cup of mix. Makes 2 pancakes. Its a little pricey but this is the only pancake mix i will ever buy. Doesn't taste grainy. Tastes like pancake. 2nd time I've bought product. Ran out of birthday cake so I have to purchase some more.
