This is an excellent, high quality carrier/bike carrier. I got it to carry up to two ebikes. While it is capable of doing this, it is very important for users to tightly lash their ebike to the center bike pole high on the bike frame. Do NOT rely on the adjustable bike clamp or simply lashing to the edges of the tray. The high center of gravity and weight of an ebike can overwhelm the clamp and cause the bike to fall over and you'll be dragging your nice ebike down the Interstate. (Like I did!) The frame is heavy (thus strong) so it is easier to attach and detach with a second person. It's not something that you'll necessarily want to attach and detach daily and be aware that you'll need a couple of socket wrenches to attach and detach the center bike pole. It does not fold down so if that is attached, the tray cannot be folded up. The pole is stronger this way so it shouldn't be changed so that it folds down, but it is something you should know in advance. The optional bag is also high quality.

Bought this to go to the Grand Canyon with. Freed up a lot of space inside my RAV4. Very durable & the bag is a must! Went thru some rain storms & it kept our luggage dry! Used this on a 5,000 mile trip & it’s ready for our next adventure!! Great buy!!! You will need 2 people to put it on & off!

Very sturdy, this works for exactly what I needed, my only gripe is the directions are a little wonky, which seems to be a common theme with this, To resolve just search up YouTube videos of others showing how to assemble

Update: seller refunded full purchase price. The carrier is not recommended for 5th wheels. Great customer service!Unit failed first time used with a weight of 90 lbs. The spindle bent and fortunately I caught it before completely losing it. This was used in the back of an RV.The carrier itself is a good concept with lots of room and the high sides are good but the 2” receiver metal is too thin. The rating of 500 lbs is never gonna work.

After many hours of searching for the perfect size and durable quality rack and storage bag this product was well worth every penny. It fit all the luggage for a family of eight without it looking bulky or disorganized it was a seal tight fit we traveled thru many weather conditions during a 2000 +miles trip this product gets a two thumbs up and five stars from our family

Good product. Easy to put together. So far it has provided a strong and convenient way to pack extra luggage or outdoor gear for travel in order to provide more room inside the car. The bag that it comes with is also very sturdy and waterproof. The buckles are a little bit difficult to secure it onto the rack, but maybe with time I will figure out an easy way to attach it.
