Great product. Very durable, allows me to lift much heavier than setting the dumbells directly on my hips. It does take a couple extra minutes during workouts to set it up, but it's worth it. Size is right on. Good value for the money. Product is durable and seems like it will last

I’m 20 weeks pregnant & the belly is really starting to grow. I bought this because it seemed like a safer alternative to traditional barbell hip thrusts but the band is pretty hard & stiff, making it somewhat uncomfortable. I found myself pushing it lower or using my hands to make sure there wasn’t any pressure on my lower belly. This is easy to use and definitely sturdy but with dumbbells heavier than 30lbs it gets clunky and a little difficult to use. Good quality product but maybe not right for my pregnant body.

Made hip thrusts so much easier. I work out in my home gym and have limited access to barbells. Being able to strap a couple dumbbells on the sides and life with ease without bruising my hips every time is awesome! Its a simple, well made item and is so light weight that you could easily travel with this.

Can hold heavy weights. Excellent quality and comfortable.

The band is comfortable but the dumbbells shift around . I have pulled the wrap as tight as possible and the weights slip. The quality is good for the price.

I work out from home, it can be expensive to find things that are useful but this is a no brainer! Easy to use and makes the glute exercises much more doable. It’s a must!
