Excellent replacement cover for 10x10 gazebo
Very pleased with the look, feel, and fit of this gazebo cover. I purchased this as a replacement for my Mainstays (Walmart) gazebo purchased in 2016 (it has no name, just a model #). This will be the 3rd cover I’ve had to buy, so that should tell you how long these things last. This is a Garden Winds replacement for a Home Depot gazebo, so it’s not an exact match for mine, but the dimensions fit (10x10). The last cover I bought in 2019 was directly from Garden Winds and supposed to be an exact replacement for my gazebo. That cover cost about $120, lasted less than 2 years, and was so tight that to this day I’m not sure how my husband managed to get it on the frame. This cover is also a Garden Winds product, but for a similar sized Home Depot gazebo, and half the price. The main cover - bottom tier - fits like a dream. No issues getting it on at all, it’s snug but with enough wiggle room to actually get it over all for corner pegs. The top tier...not so much, but I was expecting it not to fit. It is actually much larger than my existing top tier support bars. But I grew up in the 80’s watching MacGyver, and my dad was a handy fella, so I did a little ‘re-engineering’ on the four support posts. I extended their length using dowels and zip ties so that the new topper is now extended out at all four corners and not drooping down, all sad and saggy. So it is too soon to tell how well this will fare during inclement weather, but based on how it looks and feels, I don’t think I will have any issues with the bottom tier at all. If anything happens with the top tier it will most likely be due to my engineering. I’m very happy with it now, and the price can’t be beat.

Absolutely Great!
The canopy is excellent and exceeded my expectations. However, getting the last corner on the pin(on the frame) was challenging and required some muscle and the use of a screw driver for leverage and pulling the canopy into place. The fit is very tight and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely purchase another in the future.Note: Although probably not needed, I also use the small bungee cords on all the corners (as shown in photo) to help prevent water from puddling on canopy. They work really nice.

Very tight fit
We purchased this item to replace a canopy that we purchased at Wal Mart. It was super hard to put on but after much struggle we did finally accomplish it. I do like the tight fit though because it helps with water run off from the rain. The smaller top part was too big for our canopy but our old one was still in good shape so we just left that one on. I think if we had to use it we could rig something up and it would be usable. Overall, I like it. Not sure how long it will hold up as it seems to be a little thin but we'll see after summer.

Does NOT fit properly.
Nice canopy but is made too small. This is the correct one I need for my Hampton Bay gazebo. I've bought them for years. Whoever is making them now does not know the correct dimensions or us trying to skimp on material. This is the 2nd place I ordered one from. Same results, too small. I wasted so much effort and time on putting the first one up, fighting with it and then taking it back down and trying to fold it up again and bringing it back. I just kept this one. I took the railing off for the netting and the end pieces off with a cutting wheel. It is STILL TOO TIGHT. I fell off of a bench struggling with, hit my head on the picnic table and have bruises everywhere. I'm disabled and on oxygen. Though I would end up in the emergency room before I finished trying to get it on. I won't be able to tie it up in high wind weather. Hope it doesn't rip.

Lay cover in sun b4 installing
I purchased this in December 2022, due to the very nice discount being offered. It stayed unopened in the box in my basement until April 2023. We have had the same Arrow Gazebo frame for over 13 years. The 4 corners are screwed into concrete as good as possible. (I’m no mason) The cover is on from April thru November or December depending on snow. The weight of snow can crumple the entire gazebo. Our Gazebo is in full sun 23 hours a day. We usually have to replace the cover every 2 years, 3 if the season is not too windy. (In Jersey) When ready to install we open the cover on a sunny day and lay it spread out in the yard. These covers will not stretch even a little when cold. They rip instead if pulled too hard. Warm it and there’s a little give. Much easier to put on the frame. We put the bottom cover on, remove the top piece of framing- put the top cover on it and hand it over the outside of the gazebo to the unlucky person on the ladder in the middle of gazebo and he/she clicks it in place. The only part of all of this that we find a bit frustrating is the Velcro attached to the top (mosquito netting has Velcro to attach to bottom cover) while putting the top piece on. Now that I’m writing this I’ve just had a 💡. We don’t use the side panels of netting, not sure why we never just cut off the top piece of netting. Not like it’s going to keep bugs out with the whole bottom open. Will check into that.We love the gazebo. We have been using this brand replacement for years. Very happy with the quality. After it’s been used for 2 years, if its been a stormy season we may have a small tear or 2. We use Liquid nails, apply a small glob to tears put wax paper on Liquid nails inside and out. Remove wax paper after completely dry. That buys us time for the rest of the season. Btw, there is a ‘Rip Stop’ cover available. Don’t waste money on it (its a whole lot more $) this one is just as good.

Top part of canopy does not fit the peak frame of gazebo
It was good quality fabric and fit nicely on 10 x 10 frame, but the top was much too large and and had extra fabric over the 4 metal points of top. The screen part was nice, but with wind and rain it allowed water to come in. Also , it did not have the extra loops on each outside corner to anchor in place with a bungee cord. Our previous one had these simple outside loops and helped hold it down in big winds. If ordering, be sure to check the dimensions of your upper part, if ordering the 2 piece set. Not always possible when that part is so high.
