This was the best thing ever when I first received it. I gave it to my daughter for mother's day. After 1 week the chain broke and 2 weeks later the metal is tarnished. She doesnt wear it in the shower, just during the day. The first pic is with original chain. Second pic is with a chain she bought.

The necklace is nice but after wearing 2 times the bars started devolving black spots and lines and the metal around the rhinestones scratches the bars so be cautious of this. I contacted the company and they said it’s due to ph levels.

Not Sterling silver! My chain and charms all tarnished after only days of wearing. Very disappointing. I did try using my sterling silver cleaning clothes thinking they just needed to be cleaned... nope. They are silver tone, NOT sterling silver or 925 as advertised.

I was really surprised at the size of the pendant. See pictures. The chain that is supplied feels and looks like it comes from a cracker jack box. Though I thought I ordered the ball chain, I was sent the cable. So can only speak to the 'cheapness' of that. While the engraving is very tiny, it is nicely done. Overall, the necklace has the look and feel for a very young girl. Since I ordered for my grown up niece, I'm replacing the chain with higher quality ball chain and hope the pendant will more securely attach to the new chain so the name-tag and birthstone won't flip around. (which happens really easily on the chain provided.) I will not order from this vendor again.

do know when you order this, the charms and the chain are dainty. but for me, this was what i was looking for, something that could be worn quietly without a lot of attention drawn to it. the charms do have a 925 stamp on the back, so i am trusting they truly are that. the chain? right now it is gorgeous, but again, know that it is very thin (but the clasp seems to be very secure). the entire necklace sparkles right now. this is a gift so i'll not know later how well this necklace withstands time. by the way, while there was a mixup on the order, the customer service on this was fantastic and i eventually got exactly what i had ordered. they never gave up until the order finally reached me correctly.

Bought this beautiful charm necklace for my daughter when she had he second baby. I saw it and thought how pretty and neat and then I saw the price and thought, Heck yeah. She totally loves it and it still looks great after 2 months. Silver will tarnish but you can polish that right out. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered this for a dear niece, for her birthday, not knowing the company, I had it delivered to me first, before I send it on to her. For the price, it's about what you would expect. It comes with no cleaning cloth, big no no. The bars already have circles scratched in from the gemstones. They will get scratched anyway, during wearing. I ordered a 20" box chain, that's what I got. The engraving is very good. It is a pretty good value for the money, please, especially for gift giving, include a polishing cloth. My first piece of silver from Amazon that didn't include one. All in all, it passes my expectations. My niece will get it for her birthday
