I ordered this due to my right leg being a bit shorter than my left from an accident I had years back. I will admit I opened it installed it in my shoe and I already feel the difference in my knee leg hip and lower back! I strongly recommend this if you struggle from what I have been for years. I have bought other brands but never lasted more than a few weeks these are more sturdy and much stronger than the others I have used. I will buy these again. So if you need something like this I would get them you will notice the difference as soon as you put them in your shoe but don’t take my word for it get them and try it out for yourself!!

Here lifts seem well made and are comfortable. I like that you can change the height level. It helps reduce heel my pain. However, the adhesive patches that come with the heel lifts are too weak to hold them in place. I had to purchase better adhesive patches separately or the heel lifts would have not stayed in place. Thus I reduced the rating to a 4 star.

I ordered two sets of these because a family member is in an orthopedic boot and I needed to lift her other foot to the same height. They were easy to put in the regular shoe and work well. Even better, they can be transferred to a different shoe when needed. They were delivered on time and are great! I highly recommend them.

I've only been wearing these for a couple of days, but so far they're very comfortable and feel durable. Time will tell if they help my achilles tendon pain (fresh out of the boot so it's going to hurt no matter what). These have helped correct my gait to the point that I can feel my calves, hamstrings, and glutes firing more prominently then they have before.The sizing is off, unless you dig for the width in the description. I'm a dude's size 10.5, but the large really only works in wider footwear like skate shoes. They just barely squeeze into my pair of Saucony. The mediums work in my Allbirds and different style boots, and would probably work just fine in my skate shoes too. The sticky tape keeps the layers together, but doesn't seem designed to keep the lift in position.TLDR; large is too wide, item is durable and comfortable, good value and have already purchased more mediums to go in other shoes.Update after a few weeks: I'm noticing reduced heel pain, but at the cost of total foot discomfort. The drop off is sudden and the arch of my foot is taking the brunt of the discomfort. The front end gets caught on my foot and flips out of place when I take my shoes off. Still very helpful, but a basic design that could use several quality of life improvements. I'm looking at other types of inserts to replace these.

As recommended by my Dr. due to achiles heal issues. Work great and worked as designed. Recommend highly.
