Though it looks almost like the real-item (compare it closely with the original, military proven product sold elsewhere), it is not- but I expected that given it is about a third of the price. I purchased it to see if I could manipulate it in "real-life" (no, I did not put it on myself completely!).Sometimes what works on the battlefield is not the easiest to implement- especially in a crisis (and I am a medical professional). This was a good testing model for me to decide I would spend the bucks for the Brand as opposed to the Generic.This is not a knock on what this item is, and hence it still gets 4 stars. I actually liked generic twinkies better than the original... but this is for saving my or someone else's limb.

Was told to order these by a policeman who has used them to have on hand for our church safety team. Have not had the opportunity to use them fortunately. Assume they will work as stated.

I waited awhile for this but will get another. It's a good product that fits nicely in my backpack. Never know when it's going to be needed so it is always a few steps away.

Great product. Works as instructed, very easy to use. Its now in my trauma bag in the car.
