Have used and loved this product for years, both for baking and frying. Great flavor! My husband is from Mississippi, and it was readily available in grocery stores there. Not here in Arizona, where we live now! So I was very happy to find it available on Amazon.

This product is described accurately, but it may not be what you expect. Up to now the Dixie Fry I've purchased was two packs in a box marked 10 oz. This product is one 5.5 oz pack per box. So if you you buy two boxes you get two packs, where you might expect four packs. The Dixie Fry product itself is great!

This is the best fried chicken coating. Can't find it at any grocers...so yeah Amazon!!

Have used this product for over 50 years but it is now in smaller packages and much more expensive. Disappointed
