I open flick through and stop at a page and each time there’s something that helps Thankyou I can tell the messages came from a hard place a hard place I’m at now but it’s comforting to know I’m not crazy and these feelings are normal emotions and a process towards healing.

This is not really a book, it's more a collection of positive affirmations. I was really disappointed.There is lots of blank spaces between the writing and the book is very thin.It's not worth your money.

Beautiful book, marked so many pages so I could come back to them. Will definitely read again :)
