Nice Bike with a few problems
I like the bike in general. Nice design and moderate quality. Riding is easy, controlling the assistance level is also nice. Weight of the bike is as declared. Max speed of the bike is 35 km/h as declared. I don't like the battery due to production date is 2020! I would be more happy if it will be a fresh produced battery. While riding the battery hits the case. I have to put some small plastics to fix the battery. Otherwise it will be broken as I saw in a video in YouTube. Rear mud guard is not installed correctly and rear disc brake is really hard to configure. It cost 600 pounds and I think UK representative of the company send the bike even if I have ordered from China. It has arrived in a few days however I am suspicious the reason of the old battery has sent related with this. They had an old one and just sent to me. It is just an assumption. On general it is a good bike.

Buy at your own risk
Battery is poor. And seller is wicked and selfcentred. Poor after sale service. I requested a return and a refund and I am being taken for a joke. Purchase at your own risk

Thrilled
I can recommend you get this bike plus it's an upgraded version from the previous ones with front and tail light no regrets so far, a little lag in the throttle but definitely a 98% satisfaction.
