Please NOTE the aqua fabric may vary slightly in color as to what I have in stock. It is 3 feet long and 7 inches hanging down. It will wrap around the front of the high chair. *Please note that these banners are completely hand made, so there will be imperfections as anything handmade has. The fabric may have a "fringed" look with frayed edges.
