Dry SkinzTM has designed water-proof cases consisting of svelte, form-fitting shells that do not inhibit the functionality of peripheral controls. The cases include fully integrated DragontailTM glass on the front of the case. DragontailTM glass is a tempered aluminosilicate glass, which is 6 times stronger than standard glass providing high-impact protection. The glass is treated with protective ultra-violet (UV) and and an oleophobic coating (anti-fingerprint, dust resistant and easy to clean). The covers are adapted to the specific contour and profile of the phones and are the smallest cases available at 5.77 in L x 2.91 in W x .46 in D. The cases are constructed of three layers of protection comprised of a rigid, transparent shell to give rigidity to the case that houses a soft inner cushion and a third, soft outer-layer that provides a comfortable feel a good grip in the hand. The covers provide superior acoustic quality at < 2 dB. The unique design improves the sound pressure or timbre within the cover, effectively eliminating echoes and enhancing the cover's acoustic quality, especially when the device is in speaker-phone mode. The cases have undergone extensive testing by internationally recognized, certified, testing facilities and are certified to: • IP8X - Protected against water submersion at a depth of 2 meters for a duration of 1 hour • IP6X Dust Proof Test force of 1 newton for a duration of 8 hours • 4 foot free fall drop test on eight facets for a total of 38 drops • EN62262 IK Rating 06 Impact Testing • Every cover is tested to the IP8X specifications by the manufacturer with water pressure-gauged testing equipment.
