Great product, been using this product since 2020. Yes sometimes products change, all companies do it. But I can still feel the effectivesness of this product. 10/10 recommend.

I have tried so many things to help my many issues. One issue that really plagued me was constant heartburn/acid reflux. From the time I woke up in the morning to lying in bed at night, I had to pop antacids. For no apparent reason, I’d have flare ups all the time to the point of almost throwing up most of the time. I don’t eat spicy food or anything that could trigger. I tried the probiotic actually in hopes of helping with weight loss. Though, I haven’t seen any progress there, I have not had to take an antacid in over a month (since taking these pro/prebiotic capsules). So thankfully I came across these even if for the wrong reason. I do feel better! My gut must have been sooo messed up and acting out through acid reflux.My BM have been more often, which makes me feel less bloated. As I said, no weight loss, but I do feel better regardless. Science claims weight is lost through CO2 as we exhale, not through BM. Feeling relieved more often though is better than nothing.My skin looks a ton better...I would get quite a few little zits around my mouth and chin. I’m sure the gut must have a lot to do with this as well because since taking these, those little zits have lessened. There are days I don’t even need foundation or concealer now, which is a feat for me.There may be subtle differences as well that I haven’t noticed, but what I have mentioned are the ones that really stuck out. I have noticed that you have to stick with it. I went a weekend without them as we were out of town and I forgot them...my heartburn came back. But, two capsules a day to keep everything (zits, heartburn, etc) at nay is no problem.Overall, I’d say these are well worth it! I will continue buying as I already have them in my subscribe and save with Amazon.

Gummies are easy to chew and swallow

I turned to taking probiotics because my gynecologist suggested for me to start incorporating them into my health regime. I did not know where to start and what would be the best since I was instructed to take over the counter ones. I turned to look on amazon and stumbled upon this brand because of the reviews I saw and it seemed like it worked for those who tired it. In the beginning I was hesitant on taking them due to how big the capsule were. But after taking them and getting over the hump of the size of the capsule I noticed a difference in not feeling so bloated and noticed that my PH improved which I can not complain. I just finished my first bottle and I am about to start my second and I am very happy that I found this product.

I have no complaints with the product. It does what it says it should. However, the capsules are huge to me. Once I finished the bottle, I switched to a brand with smaller sized capsules. Unfortunately, they just were something I could get used to.
